Olive Garden is a popular Italian restaurant across the country. I would like to share my view specifically on the Olive Garden at 1200 Bethlehem Pike, North Wales, Pennsylvania. The décor and the arrangement of the restaurant is very beautiful and it almost hard to find a table in the evening. I went to this restaurant once at 9:00PM with a group of 8 friends. At first we like the welcome at the reception and were guided to seat on table properly arrange. But as we proceeded with the dinner, our experience was not at all satisfactory. First of all, the restaurant serves fresh hot bread on the table and we requested them to provide some olive oil. They arrived with Olive oil after 20 minutes and didn't even have the realization that the bread is already cold and tough now. Some of us had already taken the bread with butter and others just gave up. The dinner arrived around 15 minutes after the olive oil, I must say that there was not even a hint of smile on the face of the attendants. They were almost throwing the dishes on the table and were just serving the food for the sake of it. We asked the attendants that why are we seeing a not interested attitude here, they replied "It is almost 9:30 PM so we are tired". This was the first time in my life I have heard an attendant sharing such a statement with a customer. We didn't feel like having the dinner at all. The food wasn't fresh and I could not even have even have my food.

Good food, friendly people. My only complaint is the wait, even at times when i go and figure no one will be there its packed. If you ever go i recomend Tony for a waiter, hes very good.

This olive garden is in a nice area of the neighborhood. We had no issues here with the exception that they took forever to bring out our salads once we ordered our food. The waitstaff was friendly and quick to satisfy our needs.

I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens and this has the slowest service of all of them. I've been there 3 times now. The food is what you expect from Olive Garden. The last time we went, we were seated at our table then waited a half hour before deciding to go somewhere else instead. During that time our waiter didn't even bother to greet us or say that he'll be right with us. Would have been nice to have some water while we were waiting. I've since met a guy who works in the kitchen and he says don't eat at this particular Olive Garden.
